Welcome to the Shree Enterprises website. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our website and to all enquiries, quotations, purchases, payments, deliveries, site surveys, installations and related services arranged through the website.

By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

References to “Shree Enterprises”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Shree Enterprises. References to “customer”, “you” or “user” mean the individual or organization using the website or purchasing our products or services.

You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to place an order through this website.

When purchasing on behalf of a business, company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of that organization.

You are responsible for providing complete, current and accurate contact, billing, GST and delivery information.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product names, specifications, images, sizes, colours, certifications, availability and descriptions.

Product colours and appearance may differ slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing batches or improvements made by the manufacturer.

Product images may occasionally be used for illustration. Customers should review the product title, model number, specifications and quotation before confirming an industrial or technical purchase.

Placing an order on the website represents an offer from you to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

An order is subject to product availability, successful payment, delivery-service availability, address verification and our final acceptance.

We may reject or cancel an order when:

• The product is unavailable or discontinued.
• The listed price or product information contains an obvious error.
• The payment is unsuccessful, reversed or flagged.
• The delivery address is incomplete or outside our service area.
• The order appears fraudulent, unlawful or abusive.
• A manufacturer or supplier cannot fulfil the requirement.

Where payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the eligible amount will be refunded using the applicable payment process.

Product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST, shipping, handling, installation, inspection or other charges may be added and shown during checkout, in the quotation or on the tax invoice.

Prices and promotional offers may be revised without prior notice. However, a price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted, except where there is an obvious technical or pricing error.

Business customers must provide a correct GST number and billing address before invoice generation. Shree Enterprises is not responsible for input-tax-credit issues caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Online payments made through the website are processed using the Razorpay payment gateway and the payment methods made available by Razorpay at checkout.

Payment options may include UPI, cards, net banking or other methods supported by the payment gateway at the time of purchase.

Shree Enterprises does not directly control the banking network, card network, UPI service or Razorpay platform. Payment processing may also be subject to the separate terms, security checks and privacy practices of Razorpay and the customer’s bank.

• An order is not confirmed until payment is successfully received.
• Customers must not use an unauthorized payment method.
• Failed or pending transactions do not automatically confirm an order.
• Duplicate-payment claims must be supported by transaction details.

We currently accept website orders for delivery to serviceable locations within India.

Delivery estimates are approximate and may depend on stock availability, manufacturer lead time, order quantity, customer location, courier capacity, weather, public restrictions and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Customers must provide a complete and serviceable delivery address.
• A valid phone number must be provided for delivery coordination.
• Additional charges may apply for remote or special-delivery locations.
• Heavy or industrial products may be delivered through transport services.
• Installation services are not included unless expressly mentioned.

Ownership and delivery risk will pass as applicable upon successful delivery to the customer or the customer’s authorized representative, subject to applicable law.

Customers may request cancellation within 2 days from the date the order is placed, provided the order has not already been dispatched, customized, procured specially or moved into production.

Cancellation requests must be sent using the contact details listed on this page and must include the customer’s name, order number, registered phone number and reason for cancellation.

Cancellation may not be available for:

• Orders that have already been dispatched.
• Customized, printed, embroidered or logo-branded products.
• Specially manufactured or specially procured products.
• Products cut, altered or configured according to customer instructions.
• Installation, inspection or site-survey work already performed.
• Products clearly marked as non-cancellable.

An eligible product may be requested for return or replacement within 7 days after delivery.

To qualify for return, the product must generally be:

• Unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
• Free from stains, scratches, alteration or installation marks.
• Returned with its original packaging, labels and accessories.
• Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.
• Reported to us within the applicable seven-day period.

For an incorrect, damaged, defective or incomplete item, customers should provide clear photographs or an unpacking video showing the condition of the parcel and product.

Products generally not eligible for return

• Used, worn, washed, installed, tested or damaged products.
• Customized, logo-printed, embroidered or altered products.
• Special-order or customer-specific products.
• Products with removed seals, labels or serial numbers.
• Hygiene-sensitive PPE where the sealed packaging has been opened.
• Consumables that have been opened or partly consumed.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage or incorrect installation.

Approved refunds will generally be initiated after the returned product has been received and inspected, or after an approved cancellation has been processed.

Refunds for online payments will ordinarily be processed through the original payment method or another lawful method communicated by Shree Enterprises.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear may depend on Razorpay, the customer’s bank, card issuer, UPI provider or other payment-service provider.

Original shipping, return shipping, transport, handling, installation or special-procurement charges may be deducted where legally permissible and where the return is not caused by an error by Shree Enterprises.

Products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty period, exclusions, inspection procedure and claim requirements.

Customers may be required to provide the invoice, product serial number, warranty card, images, usage information or the product itself for inspection.

Warranty generally does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Misuse, negligence, impact or accidental damage.
• Improper storage, maintenance or cleaning.
• Unauthorized repair, alteration or modification.
• Incorrect installation or use outside the product specification.
• Damage caused by chemicals, heat, electricity or environments outside the rated limits.

Fixed lifeline systems, fall-protection systems, fabrication, inspection, revalidation and other site-based services may require a separate quotation, site survey, technical drawing, scope of work or purchase order.

The customer is responsible for providing safe and timely site access, permits, power supply, work area, approved structure, shutdown support, lifting equipment and other facilities specified in the quotation or scope of work.

Work schedules may be affected by site readiness, permits, weather, structural conditions, safety restrictions, third-party contractors, customer delays or events outside our control.

Any extra work, quantity variation, structure modification, fabrication, civil work or change in scope may require additional charges and written approval.

When using the website, you agree that you will not:

• Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Use another person’s payment method without authorization.
• Attempt to interfere with the website or its security.
• Copy or misuse website content for unlawful purposes.
• Place orders for resale using misleading credentials.
• Submit harmful code, spam or abusive communication.
• Use safety products outside their intended specifications.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities performed through your account.

Nothing in these terms excludes any liability or customer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.

To the extent legally permitted, Shree Enterprises will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from website interruption, customer misuse, improper installation, unauthorized alteration or use of a product outside its specifications.

Customers must ensure that industrial safety products are selected, inspected, maintained and used by trained and competent persons in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable workplace safety requirements.

The website layout, text, graphics, banners, icons, product presentation, designs and other original website content are owned by or licensed to Shree Enterprises unless stated otherwise.

Brand names, logos, product images and trademarks belonging to manufacturers or third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified or commercially used without appropriate authorization.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection law and any forum or remedy that cannot legally be restricted, disputes will be subject to the competent courts and authorities having jurisdiction in Vadodara, Gujarat.

Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties should make a reasonable attempt to resolve the matter through written communication.

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our website, products, payment arrangements, delivery processes, business practices or legal requirements.

The revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
