The Venus CleanAIR Chemical 2F ATEX PAPR (110356801) is a high-end powered respiratory protection system specifically designed for use in hazardous and explosive environments. Unlike standard respirators, this unit actively draws contaminated air through filters and supplies clean, breathable air to the user, ensuring maximum protection and comfort during long working hours.

This ATEX-certified version is engineered for Zone 2 explosive atmospheres, making it suitable for industries where flammable gases, vapours, or dust are present, such as oil & gas, petrochemical plants, and chemical processing facilities.

The system features an intelligent airflow control mechanism, allowing users to adjust airflow between 120–235 LPM, ensuring consistent breathing comfort regardless of workload or filter condition. The smart flow control system maintains constant airflow, even when the filter starts clogging or battery level drops.

Built with high chemical, mechanical, and UV resistance, the unit is rated IP65, meaning it is resistant to dust and water ingress. It can even be decontaminated by shower cleaning or immersion, making it ideal for highly contaminated environments.
