The VENUS SCBA Back Plate Set (13203 / 73203) is engineered to deliver dependable respiratory protection in extreme working conditions such as firefighting, chemical exposure, confined spaces, and rescue operations. This system ensures a continuous supply of breathable air, independent of the surrounding environment.
At its core is a lightweight carbon composite cylinder, designed for high strength and reduced user fatigue. Compared to traditional steel cylinders, it significantly improves mobility while maintaining durability and performance.
The SCBA features the V-666 full face mask, constructed from heat-resistant neoprene rubber with a wide-view, anti-fog polycarbonate visor. It is capable of withstanding extreme temperatures (up to ~900°C), ensuring visibility and safety even in fire conditions.
The ergonomic backplate is equipped with a fire-retardant harness made of polyester and aramid materials, allowing independent movement of shoulder and waist straps. This enhances flexibility, comfort, and stability during long-duration operations.
Additionally, the system includes a precision analogue pressure gauge with fluorescent display, enabling users to monitor air levels even in dark or smoke-filled environments.
