Description: FFP2 SL NR D disposable respirator with comfortable adjustable headband designed to filter air
borne particles, certain paint spraying, solvents as well as other compounds. Allows the user to breathe easy and
particulate free.
Application: Usage up to 12 hours (cumulative) in different industries; specific applications include Painting,
Pharmaceutical etc.
1 DESIGN
• Designed to protect from breathing in dust and fine powders.
• Wide coverage over the face to protect from low toxicity of organic vapors
and spray painting.
• Designed compatible to provide at least 95% filtration efficiency against
non-oil-based particles as well as certain oil-based particles.
• Oil repellencies improve a filter's efficiency by preventing oily particles
from building up on the surface of the mask.
• Allows up to 20% more volume than other masks to relieve the user from
any feeling of claustrophobia.
• Minimizes breathing difficulties and speaking discomfort.
• Comes with a catchy zig-zag pattern on the edge

FIRST AND

Oil Repellent material made of non-woven polypropylene to prevent building up
of oily particles on the surface of the mask.
THIRD LAYER Activated carbon non-woven fabric has high adsorption capacity
and high removal capacity of traces of organic vapors.
FILTERING LAYERS (FOURTH
AND FIFTH LAYER)
Filtering layers (third and fourth) made of completely in-housemanufactured melt blown fabric having filtering efficiency of more
than 94% as per Clause 5.4.2 of IS 9473:2002 and EN 149:2001

Made of hypoallergenic, sweat absorbent polypropylene nonwoven material, hence does not allow sweat to build up.

6 EXHALATION
VALVE
Independent one-way breathing valve which effectively reduces
breathing resistance.
7 NOSE CLIP
Internally bonded nose-clip which is not exposed. Pliable yet firm
and takes up the shape of the nose bridge, so as to rest on the nose
comfortably. Made of thermoplastic material with a metallic
reinforcement inside.
