Karam PN542(HYD GREEN) Helmet

The Karam PN542 (HYD Green) Safety Helmet is a high-performance industrial safety helmet designed to provide maximum head protection and comfort in hazardous working environments. It is widely used in industries such as construction, mining, oil & gas, and manufacturing.

The helmet is constructed from polypropylene co-polymer or HDPE material, ensuring high impact resistance and durability. It features a dual corrugated shell design, which enhances strength and helps absorb impact from falling objects.

For comfort and usability, the helmet is equipped with a ratchet-type adjustment system, allowing easy and precise fitting for different head sizes (approx. 54–59 cm). The ventilated slots with adjustable shutters improve airflow while preventing rainwater entry, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Safety is further enhanced by features such as:

• Extended nape protection for the neck
• Side slots for ear muffs / face shields
• Electrical insulation (tested up to 10kV)
